Nobody knows your ideas or business better that you. We are involved in working with you throughout the whole process to build and present you with a professional, meaningful document.
Initial contact.
We need to discuss your needs, timelines and ensure we both want to work together. This process takes about half an hour and then we need to start gathering information and investigative research.
Data gathering.
We need to explore as much information as possible about you, your goals, objectives and limitations. We have a confidentiality document and letter of appointment to abide by the Privacy Act 1988.
Our initial meeting goes a long way to identifying what information we both need to assemble.
Option 1 - Online
Our parent company Webtraining Australia P/L has a unique online system where we get you to input your details and as much information as you can yourself. We prefer this way as it helps us complete your planwith your direct input and is a faster way we can have your finished plan back to you.
Option 2 - Workbook
We can supply you with a hardcopy workbook that follows the same process as the online system. At the end of the day you present us with the data irrespective of the way we get it.
Client Meeting
When we have your draft plan ready, we need to sit down and discuss any further information that may be needed and make any appropriate changes.We keep in contact by phone, email and in person throughout the whole planning process.
Finalisation
Once you have approved the final business plan, we will need to finalise the layout and tidy the document up for your presentation.
Implementation and mentoring
For those clients that need a mentor, we work with you to ensure your business plan becomes functional and encourage you to drive your business forward.
Regular short meetings are established to monitor and reviewyour progress.
